"The previous manual system we had was prone to errors and very labour intensive. The Room Booking system was easily implemented with a short training session for staff.
By enabling permanent bookings to be made only by the administrator it is simple to then release the system to all staff so that they can immediately see which rooms are available and book themselves. The high number of bookings made compared with the low numbers of queries and requests to book for the staff shows that the system has been easily assimilated into the working life of the school. It is also handy that a picture and text can be attached so that staff can check the layout of a room and how many computers it has before booking.
