Custom User Permissions
Restrict what users can access or grant them elevated rights. Custom permission rules can be set up exactly how you wish.
Have complete control over what staff can book and when they are allowed to book.
Permissions can be set for any user account on the Room Booking System. To make this process easier, you can bulk assign permissions for many users at the same time.
Permission rules can be specified for everyone, a group of users (eg "Heads of Department"), a user depatment (eg "Sales Team") or individual users. Add as many rules as you like to define exactly what users can do.

Rule Based
A user can belong to multiple user groups or deparments. The user account automatically inherits all permissions from any permission rules that apply to them.
Limit Weeks in Advance
Set a limit on how many weeks in advance a user can make a booking. Ideal if you wish to restrict normal staff from booking more than two weeks ahead whilst allowing other staff to make bookings 6 months ahead.

Require Day's Notice
Suppose you need notice of any bookings. You can specify that bookings have to be made at least 24 or 48 hours in advance.

Specific Date Limit
Rather than allowing bookings for say 4 months in advance, you could allow staff to make a booking until a specific date (ie the end of a term).

Which Rooms/Resources Can Book
Suppose you have a room or resource that only certain members of staff can book, you can restrict which rooms & resources each user can book. For example 'Laptops' can only be booked by Senior Management or allow external users to only book a Meeting Room.

Allow Recurring Bookings
You can choose if a user is allowed to make recurring bookings or not. Note that recurring bookings are still bound the the date limits imposed (ie can only book 4 weeks in advance)

Force Bookings to be Authorised
In addition to being able to define specific rooms whose bookings require authorisation, you can force authorisation from certain users. For example, external clients could make a provisional booking that an administrator can then authorise.
Book on Behalf of Others in Department
Users can be assigned to a department ie 'Maths Teachers' or 'Marketing Team'. You could allow the head of the department to make bookings on behalf of others in their department.

Authorise Bookings for their Resource
If you have a user who normally resides in a room, they can be given permissions to choose which pending bookings to authorise. Useful for allowing different people to make their own group of rooms and resources.

Viewing/Editing/Deleting Other Bookings
You can give certain users elevated rights to view, edit or delete bookings made by other users in their own department or simply every user.
